About Impact

I’m Oliver Tasker. I founded Impact Employment Law because I’d spent years watching business owners struggle with the same problem: they needed proper employment law support, but they were stuck choosing between expensive hourly-rate firms or generic HR helplines that don’t really know their business.

So I built something different. A proper employment lawyer, available on a fixed monthly retainer, who actually gets to know how your business works. Not a faceless firm. Not a call centre. Just me, in your corner, when you need me.

I work with businesses across England and Wales, from a base in Lincolnshire. My clients range from small family businesses to companies with hundreds of employees. What they have in common is that they want their employment law sorted properly, without the unpredictable bills.
